Lexi and the other young girl working today were absolutely fantastic! So sweet and so kind after we had an absolutely disgusting experience at Louna Braids - the woman was so rude and doesn’t deserve any business. From all the bad reviews I’ve seen, I’m definitely not the first! After my 4 year old was so disappointed and upset that she couldn’t have her colour braids, I went into Oz Hair & Beauty to ask if they could do simple braids just to put a smile on my daughters face. Lexi was more than happy to do the Dutch twin braids and also offered my daughter a lollipop! The service and kindness we received from Oz Hair & Beauty is beyond measure and I will definitely be back for any of my hair needs! Thank you for making my 4 year old daughter smile and happy again, that meant so much to us after our horrible experience at Louna Braiding! Thanks again Oz Hair & Beauty and Lexi! The ladies were super helpful with my product refund and very understanding of the situation. It was a great experience dealing with them. I also love the salon’s design and décor — such a beautiful space. Highly recommend!

Oz hair Miranda is amazing, customer service is so good the workers are so helpful and are highly trained I feel very comfortable shopping there. Would recommended to anyone looking for hair products that suit them as the workers are able to understand your hair type and give you affordable but good products.
